300w Torque Controlled Mid-Motor Kit

This torque-controlled mid-motor kit is a great option if you want a natural-feeling ride. The controller detects how much power the rider is putting in and delivers between 36% and 300% of that power (depending on power assist setting). The torque control system is much more responsive than standard pedal assist settings so you won't have to wait for the power to ramp up when you take off and the motor stops as soon as you stop pedalling, removing the need for brake sensors.
In addition to the smoothness of torque-controlled operation this kit also looks great. The motor barely peaks out from behind the chain ring and only reduces ground-clearance by about 10mm.
The motor also features a standard spider for 110mm BCD chain rings, so it is possible to fit a wide range of chain ring sizes and getting replacements is no problem.
This kit is designed to fit bikes that have a standard 68mm cartridge-type bottom bracket.

This is a great choice if you are primarily using your bike for commuting, or if there is any reason you would like to operate on battery power without having to pedal.
This mid-motor conversion kit allows you to add electric power to your favourite bike. The motor assembly replaces the bottom bracket and crank on most bikes. The kit also comes with an LCD display, thumb throttle and brake sensors. We don't include the battery in these kits because there is no one battery that will suit all bikes. Select the battery that best suits your bike from our range.
Mid-motors are generally quieter and more efficient than hub motors. You won't normally hear this motor over the noise from your tyres when riding.
