The Townee Plus is your desired super-practical, small, load-carrying urban electric bike. Use it to:

The Townee Plus is the same bike as the Townee 2.0 but with the following additions:

A basket for the rear carrier, with an easily removed lining for cleaning. The basket is easy to clip into place and easy to remove.
There is a front carrier and a lined basket that easily clips into place as required. It is easily removable.

The Townee Plus is an electric bike for your comfort and ease of use in mind. The step-through frame allows for effortless mounting and dismounting, even if you have mobility issues. The thumb throttle provides instant motor power, perfect for quick starts or tackling uphill stretches. Please note that the Townee Plus is not a motorbike and should not be used as such. The Townee Plus is easy to pedal because its e-bike motor is controlled by a cadence sensor, unlike motors controlled by torque sensors, which reward extra leg pressure on the pedals with extra motor assistance. This means once you’re moving, it’s easy to keep it moving without having to pedal hard. The electric Plus bike is not just about convenience, it's about safety too. The battery is easily removable, making it convenient for lifting the bike onto a vehicle carrying rack. We’ve included a chain guard to prevent your clothes from getting caught and a derailleur protector to safeguard your gearing system in case of a tip-over. And as with all MeloYelo e-bikes, the Townee Plus comes with free lights, mudguards, and a carrier. The Townee is also comfortable. It has a memory foam saddle, swept back handlebars that allow for a comfy, upright riding position, and a front suspension that smooths out the bumps. It is available in Yellow or Lime Green.

Love my bike so much, I use it more than the car now as it has great capacity to carry shopping etc. The battery lasts ages and super comfy seat, easy gear changes and the 5 levels of assist are brilliant. I take it on the suburban/city streets plus off road gravel tracks etc. Is also fantastic for throwing a picnic in the basket and heading off into nature for the day. I highly recommend my Townee Plus model.
