Warranties, Spare parts & Service
The bottom line with MeloYelo is this: We want the happiest, most satisfied customers in the business.
With this in mind, our warranty covers your electric system for two years, your frame for 6 years, and your mechanical parts (excluding normal wear & tear and abuse) for 12 months. However, in order for this warranty to be valid, it is essential that you take advantage of our free service check, to be performed within 6 months of purchase, or once you have clocked 500kms on your MeloYelo ebike – whichever comes first.
It’s all well and good having an industry-leading warranty, but what about honouring that warranty if things go wrong? Again, MeloYelo takes an industry-leading approach:
- We maintain a good supply of spare parts here in New Zealand;
- We train our stockists throughout NZ on how to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix most faults;
- Our stockists have easy access to our National Service Manager so that if they run into complex issues, those issues can be resolved without your bike having to be sent elsewhere for repairs.
