The MeloYelo web site has layers of security to protect it from malicious activity, possible breaches of the system, and unauthorised access to customer data. Your data or log on information (user name and password) is not permanently stored on the web site.

If you make an access request, we will ask you to verify your identity and specify what information you require. We may charge a fee to cover the costs of meeting your request.
