How does it work?
If you’ve found a bike on our website that you know you want you can select the colour you want along with battery size (if that is an option), put the bike into the shopping cart and then proceed to pay for your bike using Visa, Mastercard, or Internet banking.
You then select our agent nearest you from a list. We will ship the bike to that agent and they will then assemble it and let you know when it is ready to be picked up. When you arrive to pick the bike up, they will fit the bike to you (adjust the handlebars, saddle, etc.) and give you instructions on how to ride and take care of your new ebike.
Delivery Times
The bikes are shipped from our warehouse in Taupo. North Island deliveries typically take 1-3 days, South Island deliveries take 4-5 days as a rule. We ship via Mainfreight. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your shipment.
Collecting your order
Our agent will call you when your bike is ready for collection. For your peace of mind, all collections will require some form of ID:
- New Zealand driver’s licence
- Passport
- 18+ card
Returns and exchanges
If you have changed your mind, you will be able to receive a refund of your Click & Collect purchase, but only before leaving the agent’s premises with the bike.
Once you leave the agent’s premises with the bike and subsequently decide that the bike is not right for you, our agent will assess the circumstances and decide whether to accept a return of the bike. Under these circumstances a cash refund will not apply, but a credit applicable to another MeloYelo ebike may apply.
