We purchased 2 super trail ebikes from Neil Parkinson of Melo Yelo in Hamilton. Neil is a very knowledgeable , do anything for you type of guy and is awesome to deal with. While visiting Hamilton and riding the River Ride on our MeloYelo bikes we had a small accident which resulted in a broken brake lever assembly. We contacted Neil at MeloYelo on Saturday morning, delivered the bike to him at 1pm and collected it from him 3 hours later. Neil was totally welcoming and helpful, and completed the work while on family time himself. This is great service and clearly another reason to buy MelYelo, thank you Neil.

l am growing to love my e-bike. Now that l have had training with Neil l am much more confident at negotiating tightish corners and narrow spaces. Adjusting the speed to my capabilities and being mindful of passing parked cars. However, l still prefer to stick to cycle trails around Hamilton.

I meet Neil Parkinson MeloYelo Hamilton at an open day at Karapiro. He worked out my requirements and identified the bike that would be best for me. I had a great test ride at Karapiro and Neil rode beside me giving tips and encouragement. (First time someone has taking me for a test ride on a bike) Purchased my Ascent and have been happily practising with short rides. Neil Parkinson also takes skills training. He took a group of 5 of us for 11/2 hour training session. It was an amazing confidence booster. Neil expertise and advice was the best.If you are thinking of purchasing a ebike I have no hesitation in recommending Neil Parkinson, MeloYelo Hamilton.

I bought my new e-bike after a couple of test rides with Neil. The ability to try out the bike out on quiet streets and cycleways helped give me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase. I also really appreciated the small group lesson Neil offered a few weeks later, once I’d had a bit of experience on the bike. Neil has a calm and knowledgeable way of offering tips and support.
