How Can We Help?
Bike assembly
Never assemble a bike in front of a customer. There are two reasons for this:
- There is a potential safety risk
- On occasion, little tweaks are required to get the bike suitable for riding and it is not beneficial for the customer to be watching while such tweaks are being made.

After having assembled the bike, always check the following, before calling the customer to come and collect their bike:
- Power turns on
- Lights work
- Thumb throttle works (if fitted)
- Front wheel turns without binding on the brakes. Make adjustments as necessary.
- Brakes are adjusted correctly and the brake levers have the correct amount of resistance. See this video.
- The mechanical gears operate properly in all gear settings. Make adjustments as necessary until this is achieved. (See this video)
