Bike delivery
When the customer arrives to collect their new ebike, please follow this process:
- Give them a refresher course on how to operate their new ebike. You will find some general Operating Instructions here
- Take a good amount of time to fit the bike to the customer. Watch this video to see how to do this.
- Point out the Warranty Registration Card inside the charger box, and let them know it is essential to complete their warranty registration when they get home.
- Let them know about the free service check, to be performed once they have done about 200kms on their bike, or before that if they feel the need for some adjustments.
- Show them the Information Centre on our web site and advise them to download and print some of the instruction manuals that are on the info centre when they get home.
- Give them your business card.
- Surprise them with a free gift. Our mirrors, toolkits, or standard suspension seat posts are good items to use.
- Show them our range of accessories that are available for purchase. There are good margins available for you on the sale of these accessories.
