Following up on an inquiry
MeloYelo invests a great deal of time and money on generating sales inquiries. By the time a prospect makes a phone call or sends an email, they are ready to talk to one of our agents or franchisees as soon as possible. If you leave it too long before responding to their inquiry, there is a good chance that the sales opportunity will be lost.
We all have times when we are not able to answer our phone for some reason. So, be sure that you have a voice mail message that says you are from MeloYelo, that you are sorry to have missed their call, and that you will return their call as soon as possible. And, check your voice mail messages at least twice per day, and also check your emails at least twice a day.
MeloYelo can help get you set up with a MeloYelo email address. This is strongly recommended, versus using your existing private email address.
Aim to respond to all inquiries within half a day of the inquiry coming in. When having an initial phone conversation with a prospect, be sure and ask them questions (see the questions under “Demonstrating an ebike”) so that you can determine whether or not MeloYelo has a model or models that might suit them.
