The first – and complimentary – service check.
An important part of MeloYelo’s promise is to offer a free service check once the customer has done around 200kms or so on their ebike. We strongly recommend that you are proactive in calling your customer 4-6 weeks after they have taken delivery of their bike, to see how things are going and to remind them to bring their bike to you for their complimentary service check.
