After the test ride

• Ensure you are as knowledgeable as possible about ebikes (read our Buyer’s Guide to EBikes) but also educate yourself through our flyers and through our competitive analyses, so that you can easily answer the questions they have.
• Be confident, but don’t be pushy. Understand that if they have not yet shipped around, that they are likely to want to do so. Make sure you get their name and email address, and send this to Rob McEwen – ebikes@meloyelo.nz – so we can add them to the list that receives our e-newsletters, blog articles etc. These help build their confidence in MeloYelo and increase the likelihood that they will eventually buy from us.
