It was our lucky day when we came across MeloYelo. Rob responded quickly to my initial phone message and was excellent at answering our questions. He set up an appointment with Malcolm, the bike mechanic, to view the bikes. Malcolm was fantastic. He articulated the features of each bikes in a manner that we could easily understand, he was patient and confident but not pushy at all. The features sold themselves. We tried the bikes there and then and made a decision that day. We also referred my sister and her hubby to them and they also bought bikes. All four of us are now on holiday in the far north with our bikes and couldn’t be happier with them. We did all the hills at Russell yesterday and what a breeze! Here’s a photo of the four of us on Ninety Mile Beach. Frank’s Teebike and the Fat20 have been getting LOTS of attention so we are promoting Melo Yelo every where we go!
