While visiting Hamilton and riding the River Ride on our MeloYelo bikes we had a small accident which resulted in a broken brake lever assembly. We contacted Neil at MeloYelo on Saturday morning, delivered the bike to him at 1pm and collected it from him 3 hours later.
Neil was totally welcoming and helpful, and completed the work while on family time himself.

Bought my Traverse ebike about 5 weeks ago after going for a test ride with local agent Neil Parkinson,very happy with the outcome and Neil was more than helpful with his in depth knowledge and bike expertise . Had a few adjustments I wanted and Neil was only to happy to oblige , had a puncture on my last outing and had some difficulty removing the tyre,once again Neil was happy to step in with advice . I am the very happy owner of a Traverse Mountain bike which I bought from Bruce in March 2019. I previously had an Evocity which was great for around town and gentle trails, but was looking for a bike that could handle the tougher conditions. I had only had it 2 days when I took it out on the Timber Trail, a great 2 day test for it! It handled the track no sweat and passed other e bikes on our ride with ease when on the steep uphill sections. I felt confident on the tight turns and we had rain on the second day that gave us wet, slippery conditions and I felt safe at all times. The battery lasted easily each day. I like the way I don't have to have the motor on all the time as it is easy to cycle. Bruce made the process of buying the bike very comfortable and I never felt pressured. He and Nancy even came all the way across town to deliver it for me!
