Meet Justin

I recently moved from the North Island to Christchurch and quickly fell in love with the vibrant lifestyle here. With two amazing adult children, one of my favourite activities is hitting the mountain bike trails with my son. I also enjoy exploring new biking spots around the country with friends, though not as often as I’d like!

My daily commute is a highlight. Riding my bike through Christchurch is therapeutic, and the city’s flat roads and scenic trails, especially around the Cashmere hills, make it the perfect place to ride eBikes.

Outside of biking, I’ve shared 23 wonderful years with my incredibly patient wife. We love walking our dog, Franky, and spending time with friends, creating memories that make life special.

Great bike. Would recommend it once the “experts” fix the glitch with the mudguards. They’re not secure and particularly the front developed a continuous rattle. Lucky we have a McGiver in the family who secured the mudguard by adding a support bar from the mudguard to the frame. Just like the bikes in the “old days”. No more rattle.

I bought my Traverse in May and am really enjoying the experience. I'm amazed at the battery life, I haven't seen less than 3 bars since I've been riding. My longest ride has been< 50kms at this point so no worries with battery charge and going further. I've also ridden without the motor assistance and its really geared very well.
I especially enjoy the throttle especially on those very steep hills it makes the effort much more pleasant!
Am really looking forward to summer riding around the many trails available to explore on a very comfortable ebike.

We have only been out on our bikes a couple of times but have enjoyed the rides. The bikes are comfortable, sturdy, easy to use & a lot of fun. The 500km free service is a bonus.
Only complaint is that they were several weeks overdue, but worth the wait.

We are enjoying our new Traverse Melo Yelo bikes. Only had them a few days but so far, great powerful performance and the traverse certainly flattens out the hills and lessens the head winds. Love the ultra comfy seat and the throttle, when needed, is brilliant!
