Please get in contact with the Service Manager (020 4064 3222) before filling out the warranty claim form.
Once approved, please fill out the form below, attach photos, and then click submit.
All submissions must include the following photos:
- Bike frame serial number PLUS
- Part serial number for motor, controller, battery, sensor or display
Please also include a photo or video of the issue (error codes, video of the bike not working etc.)
For battery warranty claims, please do a voltage test and put the results in the warranty claim form.
All faulty parts including a printout of the warranty claim need to be sent to our head office to claim the replacement parts from our supplier.
