Meet Grant

Bikes have been an important part of Grant Perry’s life for a long time. He cycled to work for many years and also took part in a number of cycling events including Around Lake Taupo and Hamilton to Whangamata. Grant’s enjoyment of cycling waned as he aged (sound familiar?). But then he discovered ebikes which have rekindled the joy of cycling for him.

Excellent advice and service from Grant and Soopy - made looking at different bike models, understanding how they worked, and which would be right for a rider super easy to understand and accessible. Loved the 1hr+ test ride to get a proper feel for an e-bike! 10/10, would recommend booking in a visit if you're curious about trying an e-bike!

Grant was extremely helpful and patient when assisting me in my e-bike purchase. There was no pressure at all, in fact he took me and a friend on an hour long trial so I could inter-change with 2 other bikes. He also helped to upskill my riding techniques on the trial ride. All questions were answered in an informative manner.I cannot recommend him and his service highly enough. Thank you Grant.
