My husband, our two daughters, and I moved from South Africa to New Zealand in February 2020, and we’ve never looked back. With another baby on the way, we’ve truly fallen in love with the relaxed, beautiful lifestyle here in Christchurch.

I’m currently on maternity leave from my Workplace Coordinator role at a corporate company and have stepped into this new client-facing role with MeloYelo, looking after sales and booking services for our Christchurch North E-Bike Technician. It’s a great fit for me, drawing on my background in sales, secretarial work, and coordination roles. While I’m still learning the ins and outs of the e-bike industry, I’ve got the full backing of the wider MeloYelo team, plus hands-on guidance from our technician.

With some of the most amazing bike trails right on our doorstep, I love hearing about the adventures our customers have planned, and the ones they’ve already enjoyed. On a sunny day, nothing beats getting out in the fresh air, riding freely, and soaking up the great outdoors. I can’t wait to get back out there with my family once the baby arrives.
