Since we introduced the first-generation rear hub-drive Town 'n Trail e-bike back in 2019, it has been our most popular electric bike. Why? There are a few reasons:

We train our stockists throughout NZ on how to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix most faults;
Our stockists have easy access to our National Service Manager so that if they run into complex issues, those issues can be resolved without your bike having to be sent elsewhere for repairs.
