CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY LOVE MOST ABOUT THEIR MELOYELO EBIKE

We asked our customers what they love most about their MeloYelo ebike. And, how the MeloYelo shopping experience compared. Here’s what they said.

Table of Contents

You can download the unedited comments from 319 customers, describing what they love about their MeloYelo e-bike here. But, in case you want the abridged version, here are some highlights:

  • Easy to use and good customer service
  • Battery size, very robust engineering on the frame
  • Absolutely awesome to ride
  • Easy to use, feels very safe (lots of comments about being easy to ride)
  • Batteries can be charged on or off the bike
  • How much power it has and all the features that came standard on it
  • Great to ride with excellent gearing system, power booster button, great power level options that do the job nicely around my hilly suburb of Whitby in Porirua. Lots of comments from friends and family on a nice looking e-bike.
  • Good combination of components in a classy package
  • I find it very comfortable to ride. I am only 5ft 1 and the adjustments made were great.
  • It can get a bit confusing when you compare the features and benefits of the different brands, but MeloYelo has a good range of equipment as standard and a simple range of accessories to make the decisions easy.

We also asked our customers to compare the MeloYelo shopping experience to the experience they had when shopping for other brands. You can download the verbatim comments here. But again, here are some of the highlights and repeated themes:

  • Easy to deal with and no hard sell
  • The knowledge and friendly nature of the staff
  • Being able to try the bikes with no pressure to buy
  • They took time to listen to my questions and answer them
  • Honesty, and had time to explain the ins and outs
  • It was personal and friendly, and they were available at times other places would be shut
  • Being able to trial the bikes on the road, not just around the car park
  • The personal discussion about options for a bike that would suit my needs
  • The MeloYelo agent seemed more genuinely interested in getting the right bike for me rather than just making a sale. He was prepared to make minor adjustments for no extra cost so the bike would be perfect for me
  • Good website to begin with and I liked that they are sold by experienced agents who know bikes
  • Plenty of time to choose the correct bike and encouraged to try out all the options. Clear instructions on bikes. I genuinely felt they wanted me to have the best bike for my needs

We reckon that that our e-bikes are different enough to be worth a look. And, we reckon our agents, the knowledge they have and the quality of test rides they offer are pretty special too.
