MeloYelo eBikes come equipped with lights, mudguards, and a carrier, plus other thoughtful extras that are designed to protect expensive components on your e-bike from damage. And, our models that are designed for off-road use come with larger batteries than most other brands, meaning you can ride further and not have to worry about running out of juice. Most brands offer a 500 watt-hour battery, while MeloYelo trail bikes offer a 630 watt-hour battery.

Better Peace of Mind
MeloYelo is the only eBike brand in New Zealand to offer a 3-year warranty. We can offer this because;
- We source our batteries and all components from trusted, name-brand suppliers;
- We employ a quality control team – independent from our factory – to inspect and test-ride every MeloYelo eBike before it is shipped;
- We work with a small (by international standards) factory, which was hand-chosen by our QC team – a team that is familiar with 90% of the eBike factories around the world. And, we have direct communications with the CEO, who understands the high quality standards we expect;
- We offer rigorous service training to our agents. (You are required to have your bike serviced at 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months to qualify for the 3-year warranty);
- We maintain good stocks of critical spare parts in New Zealand so that in the event of a problem, it can be quickly diagnosed and fixed
Better Community of Customers
In fact, as far as we know, MeloYelo has the only formal community of customers, and more than 1000 customers participate in that community, meeting fellow riders, learning from each other, and sharing stories and photos of their riding experiences.
